Payment must be made at the time of registration, Great News! will not hold a reservation without payment.  To enroll in a class you can:  call Great News at 858-270-1582 ext. 3 at least 24 hours in advance and pay with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express or Great News! gift card; stop by our store at the cashier stations to pay by check, credit card, cash or gift card; register online at www.great-news.com. All of our classes are 2 ½ hours unless otherwise stated in the class description.  Children under 10 years of age will not be admitted to class.  All children over 10 years of age and under 16 years of age must be registered for the class and must be accompanied by a paid adult.  If a class is full you will be put on a wait list and Great News! will call off that list if spots become available.  When a class is full, students will not be permitted to wait outside the classroom to see if any spots become available because of absentees; you will not be admitted into class. We do not send reminders for enrollment so please mark your calendars when you register for a class! 

Great News! Cancellation Policies

A reservation canceled 72 hours in advance of class entitles you to a full refund, or you may switch your reservation to a future class date (selected at the time of cancellation) with an appropriate payment for any additional cost.

If you do not cancel before the 72-hour time period, or cannot send a replacement, we'll send you the recipes for the unattended class, if requested. There are no refunds or transfers with less than 72 hours notice. Great News! reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting a minimum enrollment of 10 students. In such a case, prepaid class fees will be refunded or transferred to another class at the students personal discretion.
