Corporate Team Building Classes
Team Building classes include pre-printed copies of the recipes, servings of dishes prepared, complimentary iced tea and wine, sole use of the classroom during your cooking class and a 10% discount off of all store merchandise, except electrics, sets, cooking classes and already discounted items.

Team Building Classes are designed to improve communication and synergy in the workplace; a team building is a class especially geared towards businesses. Students participate in an experience that stimulates group interaction through cooking! Take your team out of the office and into a new environment where they will develop relationships and stimulate creative problem solving.

After playing some experiential games, the students enter the kitchen to prepare a meal within a certain amount of time. After the meal is prepared (with a twist or two thrown in to challenge the teams) the students sit down to eat the food they have prepared and talk about the team building experience.

Each team is assigned a culinary coach to help with any questions they may have about the recipes (and to prevent any culinary accidents) but the teams are mainly left to figure things out for themselves.  We generally schedule these classes during the day, starting at 10AM and ending at 1PM.

Price: $1,200.00 minimum for up to 8 people. Each additional person is $150.00 with a maximum of 20 people.

Private Parties
All private parties include pre-printed copies of the recipes, tastes of dishes prepared, complimentary iced tea and wine, sole use of the classroom during your cooking class and a 10% discount off of all store merchandise, except electrics, sets, cooking classes and already discounted items.

Demonstration Class
Students relax and watch as the instructor puts together a fabulous meal while describing the different cooking techniques and equipment used, as well as offering tips and tricks to make cooking easy and fun.

$1,200.00 Minimum for up to 16 people. Each person above the initial 16 is an additional $75.00, with a maximum of 52 people.

Partial Hands-On Class
This class is geared towards students who want to do some cutting and chopping but prefer the benefits of a demonstration class when it comes time to put the dishes together. Combining the best of both worlds, the students measure, cut, chop and peel all of the ingredients for their recipes and then are called up to the demo counter in small groups to perform their cooking magic in front of the whole class.

$1,235.00 Minimum for up to 13 people. Each person above the initial 13 is an additional $95.00, with a maximum of 32 people.

Hands-On Class
This hands-on intensive class can concentrate on preparing a specific type of food (sushi, tamales, homemade pasta, etc.) or you may choose any one of the  menus we offer and prepare it hands-on while under the watchful eye of the instructor and assistants.

$1,210.00 Minimum for up to 11 people. Each person above the initial 11 is an additional $110.00, with a maximum of 24 people.
